: $250 for 3 hours (Monday to Thursday, it’s $200 for 3 hours). 

  • Additional Hours

: $75 for each extra hour (Monday to Thursday, it’s $50 per additional hour). Discounts are available for bookings of 8+ hours or multiple days. 

  • Reservation Fee

: A non-refundable reservation fee of $100 is required, which is counted towards the total. 

  • Outside Food/Drinks

: There’s a fee of $50 for bringing outside food or drinks, but it’s waived if the guest count is less than 20 people. 

  • Cleaning Fee

: The cleaning fee ranges from $0 to $150, depending on your preference. If you return the space clean and tidy as you received it, there’s no charge. Otherwise, it’s $150 if you want HomeTeaParty.com to handle the cleaning. 

  • Incidentals

: Home Tea Party

doesn’t collect any incidental fees upfront, but the rental agreement specifies that all equipment should be returned in working order. Any damages incurred will be billed separately.
