- Surround speaker system that is connected via bluetooth (through your phone)
- 6 large smart TVs to connect and play your own channel and family and friends photos
- Karaoke with 3 microphones (2 wireless and 1 wired), that connects to TV
- All smart TVs have their own DISH TV network to watch live sports

Our adaptive and customizable fun event hall is suited for all party occasions:
- Birthday party
- After-party (after wedding party)
- Host own tea party
- Anniversary

- Game night (Bingo night)
- Baby shower

- Corporate getaway
- Live sports watch party
- $250 for 3 hours (starting price). This includes the $100 non-refundable reservation fee (which is counted to the total)
- $75 for each additional hour
- $50 for outside food/beverages (waived off if party size is smaller than 20 people)
- Cleaning fee is $0 (if you self clean/tidy), otherwise $150+
- No incidental/accidental fees! Our contract spells that any willful damage to property will result in separate charge for replacement
Add on options:
- $100+ for in-house barista for chai and cocktails (starting price $100 for 2 hours and includes 10 drinks)
- Tea packages (we provide ingredients and cooking supplies and you host your own tea party)
- $50 Silver package: Includes fresh milk, lemon, coffee beans, chai/black tea and sugar. Frother, stove, pots
- $75 Gold package: All in Silver package and pistachios, turmeric, cardamom, grinder, automatic chai maker and recipes.
- Between 8 am – midnight, Monday-Friday (Not on weekends)
- Bring up-to two guests

- Reduced rates for private bookings
- Door access granted through mobile app (no fob or card keys needed)

We had a wonderful family party at this venue. So many fun games & activities for everyone. The guys loved all the TVs with tons of seating to watch football. Plenty is space to serve our food buffet. The owner was great at communicating, very responsive!! Will be renting this space again
This was a wonderful place to have my daughters graduation/birthday party! Everyone commented on how much they liked it and thought it was a great space for a get-together. There was so much to do and we were able to have the Vikings game on all of the tv's which was so fun! The owner was very easy to communicate with and made the whole process smooth. I need a reason the have another party here!! I can't say enough good things about Home Tea Party!
